Updated vineyard enterprise budgets are now available through the Oregon State University Department of Applied Economics. These publications build on earlier budget resources co-authored by Dr. Patty Skinkis in 2018 and continue the Oregon Wine Research Institute’s effort to provide practical economic tools for Oregon growers.

The enterprise budgets are designed to represent current vineyard establishment and production practices across Oregon, but they are not based on any individual vineyard operation. Each publication includes downloadable Excel spreadsheets that can be edited and customized to reflect site-specific conditions, production practices, labor costs, and management decisions.
