The Sonoma County Winegrowers Association is excited to welcome Josephina Fregoso as the new Director of Programs for the Fundación de la Voz de los Viñedos as of November 18th.

Josephina has extensive work experience in Human Resources and Office Administration including management positions at Chandi Hospitality, Crimson Wine Group, Seghesio Family Vineyard, Eugene Burger Management, A&W Concrete Construction, and St. Joseph the Worker Center.

Josephina is bi-lingual and brings specific experience working in Sonoma County with vineyard employees. We are thrilled for her to bring her work ethic, problem solving, creative thinking, and warmth to help us guide the work of the Fundación. She will be spearheading both the Vineyard Employee Recognition Program and the Leadership Academy.

Josephina loves new adventures, enjoys working in her garden, spending time with family, friends and exploring the great outdoors. She is also an active member of her community and has served on Fountaingrove Ranch Master Association, Architecture Review Board, Dominican University Alumni Board and the Latino Chapter Friends of the Library Board for Sonoma County. Most recently, she served as an active volunteer of the Shinzen Friendship Gardens at Woodward Park in Fresno, California.
