Registration for the 11th Annual Southern Oregon Grape Day is now open!

This year the event will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in the Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center auditorium in Center Point, Oregon (and streamed online via Zoom). We’ve got a great program this year featuring a broad range of topics, including a keynote presentation on the current state of Red Blotch from Dr. Marc Fuchs, Professor of Plant Pathology at Cornell University. In addition, we’re happy to welcome back Dr. Luca Brillante, Associate Professor of Viticulture at Fresno State University, who will share some of his latest work combining remote sensing and machine learning to detect Red Blotch infection more efficiently. Finally, we are bringing back our entomology team in a panel discussion on the mealybug situation in Oregon, and as always, provide viticulture research updates from several labs across OSU. A discounted early-bird registration fee of $55/person will be available until Tuesday, February 17th, after which the fee is $75/person. The Zoom attendance fee is $25/person. Pre-registration is required for both (in-person or Zoom) formats. To register for Zoom format, use discount code GDZOOM at checkout. Registration will close on Tuesday, March 3rd.
To further sweeten the deal, we also anticipate 2-3 ODA pesticide license credits available for all attendees.
