Themed, “The Water-Smart Vineyard: Plant Data, Soil Storage, System Performance”, this monthly gathering of the Sonoma County Vineyard Technical Group will feature presenters Philip Gauthier of Fruition Sciences, as well as Keith Abeles and Brett LeDuc from the Sonoma Resource Conservation District. They will discuss how plant data is used to modulate vine water use, organic matter strategies to reduce irrigation demand, and tuning up the irrigation system.
