Experience an intimate winter wine dinner at Addison Farms Vineyard, a family-run vineyard tucked into the mountains just outside Asheville. This communal farm-table evening invites guests to slow down, savor the season, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated night of food, wine, and live music.
The evening begins with a welcoming reception featuring live jazz by Sharon LaMotte and Daniel Keller, setting the tone for a relaxed and elegant night. During the welcome, guests will enjoy a first taste of their 2025 “Bottle Rocket,” Addison Farms’ sparkling wine, previewed exclusively for this evening.
Guests will then gather at a long, shared table for a multi-course seasonal menu prepared by Chef Michael Whittington of Catering By Corey. The menu highlights regional flavors and winter ingredients, with each course thoughtfully paired with Addison Farms wines to showcase the character of the vineyard and the Appalachian landscape.
