“Analysis of Wine Stability” will be taught by Michael Ramsey, the teaching laboratory manager for the Department of Viticulture & Enology at UC Davis, on Feb. 10, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. for $255 (enroll in section 173VIT208); “Online Introduction to Wine & Winemaking” will be taught by wine maker and educator John Buechsenstein – Enroll now through Jan. 4 and complete by March 19 for $685 (enroll in section 173VIT251); “Current Wine & Winegrape Research” will be taught by Deborah Golino, Ph.D., director of Foundation Plant Services and a UC Cooperative Extension specialist in the Department of Plant Pathology at UC Davis, on Feb. 21, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. for $49 (enroll in section 173VIT203); “Introduction to Wine Chemistry” will be taught by Michael Ramsey on Jan. 20-21, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for $280 (enroll in section 173VIT207); “Introduction to Sensory Evaluation of Wine” will be taught by John Buechsenstein on Jan. 27-28, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for $625 (enroll in section 173VIT202); “Advanced Wine Tasting” will be taught by John Buechsenstein on March 10, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for $425 (enroll in section 173VIT216); “Tasting Room Design & Management” will be taught by tasting room consultant Craig Root on Feb. 28, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for $210 (enroll in section 173VIT204); and the “2018 OIV Wine Marketing Program” will be held from July 16-27, so save the date.
