Proceeds to Benefit the Menlo Park Atherton Education Foundation

All ticket proceeds from the event will benefit the Menlo Park Atherton Education Foundation (MPAEF).
Enjoy wines from small, local boutique wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains poured in various designated tasting locations up and down Santa Cruz Avenue. Check in for your wristband, glass, and a map of the pouring locations – then enjoy an afternoon of tasting and discovering. Purchase your favorites from the bottle booth and stay downtown for a dinner or movie to follow! Participating wineries will offer wines for sale at the Bottle Booth with 20% of proceeds benefiting MPAEF.
Traditionally considered the “Capital of Venture Capital”, the City of Menlo Park is also home to industry-leading tech companies like Facebook and SRI. Downtown Menlo Park is known for its quaint shops, great restaurants and high-end home decor. The City is the perfect backdrop for this elegant event. The June 3rd Wine Walk is the perfect complement to an early summer weekend in the Silicon Valley, which can be followed by a dinner at the many restaurants around and along Santa Cruz Avenue.

About the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA
The Santa Cruz Mountain Winegrowers Association is an alliance of more than 64 wineries, most of them family-run, working to promote the unique aspects of the wines & Santa Cruz Mountains AVA. Formed in 1981, the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA is nestled in one of the most unique winegrowing regions in the world, beginning just south of San Francisco – spanning the mountain range between the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific. Mountain terrain, marine influence, varied microclimates, and distinctive soils combine to produce ideal conditions for high quality winegrowing. The small size of the wineries allows for greater attention to detail that maximizes the potential of the grapes grown here.
