Plan to attend the 2019 Viticulture & Enology Extension Leadership Conference in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas, which is the heart of the Texas Hill Country wine region. This event is a wonderful opportunity to engage and build networks with other viticulture and enology extension and outreach professionals from across North America.

Optional Workshop (Day 4)
Experimental Winemaking: Evaluating viticulture research treatments and wine sensory analysis procedures
Registration for this optional day is separate from the main conference.

NVEELC Travel Scholarships
We anticipate making available up to three travel scholarships for Viticulture and/or Enology outreach educators who lack funding for airfare and hotel accommodations to attend 2019 NVEELC.

Transportation
Fredericksburg is located in central Texas. The nearest airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT), which is about one hour and 10 minute drive from Fredericksburg. Alternatively, you could consider flying into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), which is about 1.5 hours from Fredericksburg.
Participants will need to arrange their own transposition to and from the airport.
Hotel
A block of hotel rooms has been held at the Fredericksburg Inn & Suites. The extended rate to conference participants is $93 + tax, breakfast included. The name on the group block is: “National Viticulture Extension Conference”.
