The evening will include Lodi area wines, dinner catered by Angelinas, the LDGGA Annual Business Meeting and Director elections, scholarship recipient recognition, and the Jim Kissler Memorial Scholarship Fund raffle and live auction.

Jim Kissler Memorial Scholarship Fund
Raffle & Live Auction
In conjunction with the LDGGA 70th Annual Dinner and Meeting on February 23, the LDGGA Scholarship Committee will be raising funds for the Jim Kissler Memorial Scholarship. Fundraising at the LDGGA Annual Meeting and Dinner serves as one of the primary funding sources for the scholarship program. Each year a raffle is held featuring a limited number of quality items. In addition to the raffle, a live auction of higher-value items will be held.
The Jim Kissler Memorial Scholarship is named after the late Jim Kissler, a UC Cooperative Extension Farm Advisor that was instrumental in shaping the Lodi area wine industry. The scholarship is awarded annually to local students pursuing a career in agriculture with an emphasis on viticulture, enology, agribusiness, agricultural engineering, or agriculture education. In 2022, nearly $30,000 was awarded.
