A free half-day workshop is being offered in San Luis Obispo to cover all aspects of controlling ground squirrels, including:

  • Squirrel Biology
  • IPM Plan
  • Using Bait, Carbon Monoxide and more options
  • Review of CDFA Bait labels
  • Vertebrate Pest Control Laws and Regulations

Presenters include:

  • David Headrick, Ph.D., Professor, Cal Poly
  • David Kratville, Sr. Environmental Scientist, CDFA
  • Laura Ramage, Ag Inspector/Biologist, SLO County

The program has been approved 2.0 hours of DPR CE units.
