Fresno State Viticulture & Enology Seminar Series: Robert Tracy

Robert Tracy is the owner and co-founder of BevTrac Mobile Quality System, LLC which serves the wine industry by providing specialized technical expertise in the fields of winery sanitation and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) while providing the added value of analytical and microbiological laboratory testing services.
For the past 12 years, Robert has consulted at over 100 wineries in the areas of microbiological troubleshooting, sanitation risk assessments, haloanisole risk assessments, and QA/QC risk assessments.
Prior to founding BevTrac, Robert worked at E & J Gallo Sonoma Winery for seven years as their Microbiologist and then Quality Manager.
During his presentation, Robert will be addressing, “Managing Wine Microbes Through Effective Sanitation.”
The seminar is held in the Enology Building Room 102 at Fresno State (north side of Barstow Avenue between Cedar and Maple Avenues) from noon to 1 pm and is open to all. The seminar is FREE; however, parking on the campus is $4 and can be purchased at one of the parking kiosks upon arrival.
