Now in its 13th year, California’s premier cheese event, the California Artisan Cheese Festival, brings together artisan cheesemakers, authors, chefs, brewers, winemakers and turophiles for two days of cheese tasting, education, creative events and celebration. Throughout the weekend, cheese enthusiasts experience new, limited-production, and rare artisan cheeses, and learn about the art of making cheese—all while supporting California farmers and cheesemakers. Festival events include cheese tastings, pairings, seminars, farm and producer tours, a culinary competition, brunch and Marketplace; all of which are held at various locations in Marin and Sonoma Counties and the greater Bay Area.
